Brief History -
They purchased the Excellence
Series to run a sister company in 1991 and in 1995 began consulting
services for SouthWare Excellence Series. Two years later,
Exerve acquired an existing
Excellence Series Dealership. In 2001, their President was elected
to the SouthWare Dealer Council. Their President was elected
Chairman of the Dealer Council and they were awarded "Dealer Partner
of the Year" by SouthWare in 2003.
They have two areas that they feel
set them apart from the competition. The first is Proactive
Closed-Loop Support. They strive to address issues before they
happen, not just reactive support. They also list real business
experience as a distinguishing characteristic. They have knowledge
in inventory management, customer service management, business owner
and manager needs, not just technical support.
