Brief History -
Vital Partners
was founded by David Hatfield, who has worked directly with the
Great Plains product since 1996 in a variety of different roles.
He has worked as a reseller, a Great Plains trainer, and for a
company as a financial systems manager using Great Plains and
FRX. Mr. Hatfield has performed over 20 implementations in
the past 3 years and performed numerous upgrades. He brings his
wide experience together to form Vital Partners.

Vital Partners, focuses
their resources on the consultants as they know their business
depends on referrals from satisfied clients and CPA's to obtain
new clients. All of Vital Partners' consultants are CPA's or
have passed the CPA exam. This company is especially adept at
helping companies with multiple legal entities that have complex
intercompany transactions, but also need consolidated financials
after intercompany eliminations. Vital Partners specializes in
helping companies to integrate Great Plains with their ecommerce
solutions, to streamline the sales order process. The owner of
Vital Partners is fluent in Spanish and has worked with
clients in Mexico.
Since starting Vital
Partners, the company has obtained Microsoft's Gold
Certification and the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
designation. The company conducts training for their own clients
as well as other partners' clients. Vital Partners has
developed a specialty supporting retail customers and are
certified in Microsoft Retail Management System.
Vital Partners follows a
structured, yet scaleable implementation methodology to ensure
the success of each project. Because the needs of each client
and each project vary, Vital Partners may tailor the methodology
to adapt to individual environments. Their methodology
establishes a level of consistency while minimizing risk;
increases their capacity to implement solutions by utilizing
