Pricing to
be included on our list

 

Application Fee - There is a $300 non-refundable application fee for each location. Upon receipt of your application, we will perform due diligence on your organization. If you pass our tough criteria, we will include you on the Accounting Software Advisor web site - the world's number 1 web site for independent information on accounting software, and we will grant you permission to display the ASA Approved logo. Thereafter, you will be charged a monthly fee of $100 (or discounted fees if you choose to pay quarterly or annually - see the pricing chart below for details).

Approval - The $300 due diligence fee is non-refundable. If you fail to meet our criteria, we will notify you of the failure and give you the opportunity to correct the failure. For example, if a reference does not check out properly, we will give you the opportunity to provide another reference. You will not be billed again for additional due diligence work. Ultimately, the final approval of each reseller is based on our sole discretion. Should you fall short in a particular area, we will accept certain reasonable explanations. (For example, if you do not have the required number of customers because you have recently gone out on your own, but you can show that you have achieved the required number of installations with another organization, we will consider this written explanation.)

Monthly Fees & Pre-payment Discounts - You may pay monthly by credit card or check. We will invoice you via e-mail. Additionally you may pay monthly, quarterly, or annually and take advantage of payment discounts as follows:

Fees for Multiple Locations - You must submit a separate application and 3 additional references for each location. This detailed information is used to promote each location independently. The fees for promoting multiple locations are shown in the fee schedule below:

Timing - We will perform due diligence procedures upon receipt of your completed questionnaire and payment of the $300 application fee. Due diligence procedures are typically completed within 3 to 10 business days. Upon acceptance, you will receive notification via e-mail and you will earn the right to display the ASA Approved Reseller Logo on your web site.
